My younger (let's call her Sabrina) doesn't have any official labels yet. I have a number of theories, and it varies as to which one is at the fore. Anxiety has been a big issue for her. OCD tends to flare up and disappear. I wonder about both bi-polar disorder and ODD (oppositional defiant disorder). Anyway, she sees a psychologist and we try to manage her behaviours -- whatever they are.

My kids' labels
I have two kids, age 13 and 11. The older (I'll call him Bart) has Asperger's (well, really PDD-NOS, but that is the most unhelpful label.
Why bother?
Why bother with a blog? I know there are lots out there. But if I can take the crap I have to live with and mould something creative out of it (sorry for the visual!) then it becomes a new and positive way to look at the hand I've been dealt. And maybe it will give comfort to other parents out there.
